- The services that the market is aimed at, relate to driving, monitoring, maintenance and unlimited repairs of HVAC (including regulatory bodies) and health buildings of the pass, the detail is given to the technical clauses. These services will start with a so -called "installation management" visit. This visit will be made with Mr. Lasnier and any other person whose presence will be considered useful by the client. It will consist in establishing the functionality of the installations to maintain. It will be sanctioned by a contradictory established report. For all positions, the company will have to submit in its offer, a description of its operating mode which must then be validated by the client. The company will have to respond to all the positions constituting the call for tenders.
