- This assignment concerns the complete alternative maintenance of the plants and weed control on pavements and the complete maintenance of the grass mats. Also part of the assignment: during this maintenance, the green waste, weeds, leaves, litter, sweeping dirt, etc. are cleaned up andremoved to the municipal recycling park Hille Zuid 13 in 8750 Wingene or to the municipal warehouse in Ruiselede. Any flower beds and/or flower boxes in the assigned sector are also maintained, with the exception of watering, which is the responsibility of the client. Belongnot included in the assignment: planting flower beds and/or flower boxes, maintaining the verges, pruning trees, maintaining street furniture and playground equipment. The territory was divided into sectors, of which sectors 1, 4, 5, 8 and 10 are assigned to a social employment place. Theother sectors are maintained by its own municipal service. The assignment is split into 2 lots, each of which can be allocated separately: a litter lot and a green maintenance lot. During the period from January 1 to December 31, the institution must fullyto ensure maintenance of both the plants and the paving, as well as the maintenance of the specified turf.
