III.1.1 Description of the site
The overall surface area of the site amounts about 4.2 Hare for sons 1 (Esseme) and 3.7 are for sons for sons 2 (Sint Vincentius a Paulo), 4.9 bears for zone 3 (Dlatholder Loossens) 52 Are for zone 5 (Stienon) and 16 are for zone 6 (Vanderperren).
III.1.2 Object of the assignment
Working and deliveries required for the maintenance of the ecologically managed green zones and the surrounding area of the aforementioned site.
Ecological management includes an ecological dimension in the maintenance of the green zones. The following objectives apply:
• Improve diversity in fauna and flora;
• reduce maintenance costs in the medium term;
• Allow the site to connect to the green network on a regional scale.
The contractor is bound by a result obligation and must have the necessary resources use to achieve the aforementioned objectives in terms of ecological management.
The works with regard to the maintenance of the planted zones are carried out by experienced, trained workers who are framed by a specialist in horticulture works.
