Object of these works: maintenance, breakdown assistance, small repairs and ad hoc innovations of central heating. Examination: the present assignment concerns:  bi-annual maintenance and heating audit of individual gas appliances for central heating and/or production of sanitary hot water: central heating boilers, wall boilers, Floor boilers, combined boilers according to the relevant regulations in the decision of the Flemish Government of 8 December 2006  The guarantee for the maintenance and cleaning of the flue gas disposals of the aforementioned aircraft,  The execution of repairs to the aforementioned aircraft,  Making/maintaining a Inventory of the aforementioned A devices Implementing ad hoc innovations of existing installations this assignment is an assignment of works within the meaning of art. 3, 4 ° of the Government Assesses Act and certain assignments for works, deliveries and services of 15 June 2006.
