This market is a joint market on behalf of Ruche Chapelloise and the Municipality of Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont. La Ruche Chapelloise acts as a "pilot" contracting authority, in accordance with article 48 of the Law of 06/17/2016.
La Ruche Chapelloise, alone, willreceive and compare the offers received as part of the works contract, negotiate, award the contract and notify it. As part of the public procurement procedure, bidders will only know one contact person, the only one who can validly make any decision in theframework of the award of the contract.
The monitoring of the technical and administrative execution will be ensured by La Ruche Chapelloise and by the works department of the Administration of Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont for their respective part.
Invoicing is done in a manner distinct (see elsewhere).
Purpose of services:
Maintenance and repairs of the technical installations of the Ruche Chapelloise and the technical service of the town of Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont.
The technical installations are made up of:
- heating production (PAC, etc.)
- hot water production (buffer tank, water heater instantaneous,...);
- sanitary equipment (lift pump, filter,...);
- air treatment equipment (ventilation group,...).
