- This company is a service market, a single contracting framework agreement, aimed at the services and supplies for maintaining in perfect working order of the generators installed to the Walloon Hydraulic Works (Dams) and in particular: • supplies and services necessary for preventive maintenance of the installations; • the supplies and services necessary for corrective maintenance of the installations; • Analysis of engine and/or diesel oils • The provision of substitution groups. The execution time of the framework agreement is the maximum period Pendan which the contracting authority can place an order. The execution period takes courses the day after the date on which the conclusion of the market took place or on the date of the order, as the case may be. The delay is initially 12 months of calendar. It is automatically extended by 12 months of additional calendar in the absence of termination notice notified by mail registered by the contracting authority no later than 3 months before the initial maturity based on article 57 of the law. It is thus renewable 3 times in the absence of notice of termination notified by mail recommended by the contracting authority no later than 3 months before each deadline and, in any event, ends automatically, without notice, at the due date of his 3rd extension.
