- The market aims to appoint a service provider for preventive and curative maintenance, driving, surveillance and repairs for collective boiler rooms and specific technical collective equipment such as: heating and production facilities Hot watering water, solar thermal installations, heating and domestic hot water treatment installations (softeners), gas detection, booster installations and all related accessories. The service provider is empowered to intervene in all buildings subject to this contract, both in the common parts and in the private parties. The interventions in the common (distribution) and private areas will be the subject, depending on the breakdowns, of a detailed quote from the service provider and a contracting order. Outstanding maintenance and troubleshooting services are also planned and mainly concerns repair work or improving technical equipment, in boiler rooms and other common spaces, as well as in housing.
