The contract concerns the maintenance of 1 device for the entire duration of the contract.rched, namely, 6 years. As repairs are not predictable, it is impossible to estimate in advance the quantities for the repairs that will be carried out under this contract. A budget of €30,000.00 excluding VAT is planned over the duration of the contract to carry out any possible repairs.e the device to be maintained on the basis of this public contract. However, the fact that this amount has not been reached cannot in any case give rise to compensation for the benefit of the supplier. Regarding repairs, the customer will make their needs known through purchase orders. The services to be provided are detailed in document B of these special specifications.
