- Maintenance and repair work on central heating and domestic hot water production installations in housing of the Central Office of Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense in Slins, Glons and Boirs. This market covers on a framework agreement with a single company relating to the annual maintenance payable by both the tenant and the owner and possible repairs to central heating installations in housing of the Central Office of Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter OCASC) in Slins (26 accommodations), Glons (10 accommodations) and Boirs (1 accommodation) the list of which is included in the appendix. The work also includes the replacement of some sanitary facilities. This is a contract of 1 year with the annual possibility of tacitly extending the contract under exactly the same conditions and a maximum of 3 times (see point 2.5 of the CSC). The maximum market value is €40,000. The contract ends automatically either at the moment this amount would be reached after 4 years. ATTENTION ! For major work of the same nature to be carried out at once in a complex of several dwellings, the contracting authority reserves the right, on the basis of documents established by it (a notebook special charges), to create another market separate from this market. In this case, the successful bidder for this contract will be invited and will not be entitled to claim compensation on the basis of this contract.
