Description:
This assignment concerns the management and maintenance of an existing hybrid data center infrastructure based on a "pay per use", Iaas model (on-premise). The required infrastructure is currently in a Tier 3 Data Center, the management is recorded by an external partner. The infrastructureCurrently consists of around 250 virtual servers and a limited number of physical hardware components used for applications, databases, security, files and the like. A limited number of applications is now in a public cloud. The intention is to convert this environment to thePublic Cloud (Azure and AWS) under the management of the Flemish Government (VO). The supplier must cooperate in this transition and in the meantime ensures that the existing environment continues to function properly and remains secure. The transition to and management in the public VO cloud are not theresponsibility of the supplier.
