- Periodic maintenance of all heating appliances (both central and decentralized and both central heating, SWW, air conditioning and heat pump)
- Periodic maintenance of all cooling installations
- Periodic maintenance of all ventilation systems, including cleaning of the ventilation ducts
- Interventions on call for all the aforementioned installations
All maintenance, interventions, checks, ... must be carried out by a Recognized contractor, in accordance with the current laws and regulations and according to the rules of good workmanship. All legally required certificates become systematically and per maintenance or check and per installation delivered.
