- This assignment concerns the technical maintenance, control, management and follow-up of all installations for central heating (gas-fired), HVAC, fan heaters, solar boilers, solar panels and air conditioning systems in various municipal buildings of Aartselaar. The municipality wishes to enter into an agreement with one contractor who is responsible for: - legally required biennial maintenance; - drawing up all required certificates (cleaning, incineration, audit); - carrying out urgent and non-urgent interventions; - advising on and carrying out repairs and replacements; - and providing technical support regarding the proper functioning and conformity of the installations.
