The aim of the contract is to award two plots for the implementation of control and maintenance services in the field of fire safety.
Place of provision of services: the buildings of the Anderlechtse Haard in 1070 Anderlecht
The contract is divided into lots as follows:
LOT 1
Inspections, maintenance, service and repair of fire control panels and fire detectors from the Bemac brand.
LOT 2
Inspections, maintenance, service and repair of fire control panels and fire detectors of the following brands: Aritech, Menvier Firedex, INIM Smartline, SD3, Sicli.
Estimate of the assignment:
Estimate of lot 1: €935,141.20 excluding VAT
Estimate of lot 2: €286,019.28 excluding VAT
3_Duration:
LOT 1: 8 years.
The duration of 8 years is justified by the regulations for the maintenance of fire control panels in standard NBN_S_21-100-1_2025, chapter 14.4 Preventive maintenance, point k.
All power stations in lot 1 meet the conditions for the period of 8 years to fit.
