Description:
The SPRB wishes to conclude a framework agreement and, following it, several subsequent service contracts dedicated to the maintenance of the Front-end and the development of the Mybike bicycle registration web platform. Subsequent contracts will essentially have as its object the provision for the benefit of the contracting authorities of competent persons, either on a contract basis (price list contracts) or at a fixed price for specific missions (fixed price contracts). This market covers the activities of consultancy in the broad sense of the term as part of the maintenance of the front-end and the development of the Mybike service and its web platform for registering Mybike bicycles: analysis (business, functional, architecture, technical), development IT, configuration, configuration, testing, documentation, coaching and training, project management, installation of hosting servers, release management, management, maintenance and assistance in the broad sense. Maintenance and developments of the Mybike front-end The SPRB wishes to conclude a framework agreement and, following it, several subsequent service contracts dedicated to the maintenance of the Front-end and the development of the Mybike bicycle registration web platform. Les marchés subséquents will essentially aim to make competent people available to the contracting authorities, either on a contract basis (price list contracts) or at a fixed price for specific missions (fixed price contracts, etc.).
