- The SPRB wishes to conclude a framework agreement and, following it, several subsequent service contracts dedicated to the maintenance of the Front-end and the development of the Mybike bicycle registration web platform.
The purpose of subsequent contracts will essentially be to make them available for the benefit of contracting authorities of competent persons, either on a contract basis (price list contracts) or at a fixed price for specific missions (fixed price contracts).
This market covers consultancy activities in the broad sense of the term in the context of front-end maintenance and development of the Mybike service and its Mybike bicycle registration web platform: analysis (business, functional, architecture, technical), IT development, configuration, configuration, tests, documentation, coaching and training, project management, installation of hosting servers, release management, management, maintenance and assistance in the broad sense.
