Description:
Plot 1 is a first phase of 57 homes of the housing project on the Hazeput site in Lubbeek, where a total of 91 homes will be realized. The intention of the phasing is that the finished northern approach from Uilekot will provide fully separate access after construction phase 1To the new residents in relation to the later site traffic of construction phase 2.
the substructure of the infrastructure works, incl. The utility lines (electricity, water, proximus, telenet), sewerage works, road cases and on -board stones will be realized before the start of the works. The house connection pitsof the sewer system are contained in the structures. No gas network is provided in the project. The superstructure of the infrastructure works will be realized simultaneously with the structures, after the termination of the structural work: finishing roads and green construction, with the exception of green construction and pavingAround housing phase 2.
Prior to the structures, Aquafin realizes a collector on the project site and in the village center ("21067B Connection sewerage Lubbeek Center Phase 3"). The route of this collector runs under the northern approach of Uilekot and the central round square.
