- Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. 4x Liquid scintillators detectors to upgrade the ELISA spectrometer Indicative specifications: - Liquid scintillation detector consisting of a 51 mm diameter, 51 mm active volume scintillation cell fill for 97 % with EJ315 or EJ309. Reflector EJ520. - Cell (1.50 mm thick aluminium housing) coupled via a quartz light guide to a fast ET 9214 QKB PMT. - PMT surrounded by solid mu metal shield and equiped with a transistorised built Voltage Divider with SHV and BNC connectors, separate anode and dynode outputs. - The assembly is provided with a quartz 100 micron optical fiber
