Object of the services: appointment of the design team for the realization of the social housing project "Grote Steenweg" in Linter Explanation: The assignment of the design team includes the design and management of the works of the social housing project "Grote Steenweg" regarding theNew construction of eight one and multi-family homes located in Grote Steenweg in Linter (the aforementioned number of houses is purely indicative and not binding). The designated design team will be instructed for the design, follow -up and management of the works concerning the new construction of the Achtresidential units on the plot in Linter. The safety coordinator is not part of the design team and is appointed separately. The design team is responsible for the study of architecture, stability, techniques and outdoor construction. More specifically, the assignment involves appointingAn architect, an engineer of stability, an engineer techniques and a designer Buitenleg, an EBP reporter, a ventilation reporter and an expert road and sewerage works. The design team will also draw up an urban development plan.
