Line 140: Ottignies Fleurus: Municipality of Fleurus Renewal of the decks and abutments of the structure located at km 52.215 to the right of rue du Berceau in Fleurus and demolition of the former block 8 of La Roche and the former block 9 of Villers-La-Ville
This contract concerns: The works include mainly: • The demolition of the metal decks of the existing structure; • The development of the infrastructure of the existing structure; • Widening of abutments; • The prefabrication and implementation of the new reinforced concrete bases, the new footbridges, the new deck with coated beams; • The finishing touches (guardrails, waterproofing screed, drainage, etc.); • Carrying out road works in line with the work; • Carrying out track works in line with the structure; • The construction of tracks, including prefabrication and installation of walls support; • Masonry maintenance work; • The demolition work on two buildings: the former block 8 in La Roche and the former block 9 in Villers-la-Ville: o the clearance of land around the various buildings to be demolished; o asbestos removal from the various buildings to be demolished ; o the demolition of buildings: former block 8 in La Roche; former block 9 in Villers-la-Ville; o carrying out finishing work around the buildings to be demolished.
