- The complete description of the contract can be found in the first part of the CSC - administrative clauses as well as in Appendix D of the CSC. Summary available below: The work forming the subject of this contract consists of: - The demolition of the disused wing located at the end of the Haute EcoleCharlemagne, on the Quai de Rome side (the building will have been removed asbestos before the start of the work, via another contract);- The construction of an extension (R 6 building), articulated with the existing building;- The development of the surroundings direct from the extension (forecourt and patio);- The layout of thein the courtyard of the "Vieux Hetre", located within the grounds of the Haute Ecole, along rue des Rivageois (the RTG pavilion currently present will have been dismantled before the start of the work, via another market). This market is divided in installments: For budgetary reasons, the Contracting Authorityis obliged to carry out this contract in a first firm tranche and in a conditional tranche.
