In implementation of Article 11 of the Royal Decree of 06/11/2010 regarding access to the ground handling market at Brussels National Airport (hereinafter referred to as: "GH-KB"), Brussels Airport Company NV/SA (hereinafter also referred to as " BAC") is a selection procedure with a view tot granting licenses for the provision of ground handling services for third parties in the following, so-called "restricted" categories (= lots) at Brussels National Airport: - Lot 1: baggage handling; - Lot 2: ramp handling of passenger aircraft exceptincluding the transportation of crew and passengers between the aircraft and the airport building; - Lot 3: ramp handling of full-freight aircraft, excluding the transport of the crew between the aircraft and the airport building; - Lot 4: freight and mail handling forr with regard to the physical handling of cargo and mail between the airport building and the aircraft, both upon arrival and departure and during transit flights, with the exception of the transport of valuables, the transport of human remains, the transport of live animals and conditioned goodsrd transport of pharmaceutical products, for which there is no restriction: - Lot 5: catering transport. The number of permitted service providers is limited by Article 5, §3 and Article 6 of the GH-KB: - to 2 for lots 1, 2 and 5 and limited to 3 for lots 3 and 4....
