Legal Controls of Lifting Gear and Accessories, Personal Protective Equipment by an External Control Service in Certain Facilities of the Mons Hydraulic Tracks.
The purpose of this service contract aims to the periodic legal control (annual, quarterly as appropriate) of all lifting devices, personal protective equipment (PPE) by an external technical control service based on the following regulations: 1 . The General Regulations for the Protection of Labor (R.G.P.T) and more particularly Articles 280 (pre-commissioning control) and 281 (periodic control); 2. Titles VI-VII of the Code on Welfare at Work, Relating to Work Equipment and Individual Protections.
