The assignment relates to the assistance and representation in the law of the Flemish Region, as the claimant or defendant for the ordinary courts and courts, for the administrative courts (such as the Council of State) and other authorities of dispute resolution to which the subject of the dispute relates to the placement and/or implementation of public procurement in which at least one of the entities of the Ministry MOW, being the Mobility and Public Works Department, the internally independent agency without legal personality Agency Roads and Traffic, the internally independent agency without legal personality agency for Maritime services and coast is involved (either as a contracting authority either as a co -financier either or in any other way ...). The agreement also includes legal advice regarding government contracts that are given to prepare legal representation in law on disputes or if there are specific indications And there is a good chance that such a procedure will be conducted on the issue to which the advice relates.
