Description:
The intended LCMS consists of a modular biocompatible UHPLC setup. A solvent management system and a quaternary pump are included, followed by a solvent degasser, an autosampler, a column oven compartment and connection to various detectors. The number of sampling positions should be more than 32 and there should be an automated flushing function to minimize carry-over. A temperature controlled column compartment is required and connections to a DAD and ELSD detector are listed as minimum requirements. In addition, access to (quadrupole) MS detection is one must. Optional accessories and upgrades include a binary pump to perform solvent mixing at high pressure, a fraction collector, an automatic switching valve in a multi-position column oven, and multiple ionization interfaces (in addition to ESI, access to APCI is also an added value). In addition, user-friendly software with a smart troubleshooting guide and manual is a strong added value. The after-sales service and the provisions regarding prices for preventive and curative maintenance, response times and warranty period are also important factors in this opdracht.
