Description:
For a detailed description of the assignment, reference is made to the specifications. The assignment can be described in short as follows: 1. Printing documents “large volume” (being assessment notes, memories, latest memories and other documents in the context of the various taxes ) and the printing of daily correspondence (these are mainly interactive letters and system letters printed in the past by the administration itself) on the basis of print files supplied in AFP/PDF format and that will be transferred via Filtransfer (SFTP) 2. provided with the necessary paper and the necessary letter covers; 3. printing the letter covers required for the shipment of the documents printed at the printer; 4. Preparation of shipment (the filling of the letter covers with documents printed at the contractor), and the delivery of the letter covers to a provider of universal postal services; 5. The return treatment (processing of non-supplyable postal shipments) and in particular the collection and identification of the returns (that is, linking the return to the destination) and the reporting to the client ....
