Description:
In its capacity as central purchasing office, the client wishes to conclude a framework agreement with 1 entrepreneur with a term of 4 years for the supply of laboratory collection materials for the collection of blood, urine, fluids and other applications (e.g. swabs).
OnSince not all participating institutions can immediately switch to a system with collection materials with a unique barcode and since an implementation does take quite some time, the client can extend the duration to 72 months.
This contract consists of 2 lots:
-Lot 1 (P7467): Swabs
-Lot 2 (P7468): Other purchase materials
Not all conditions for the orders will be stipulated in the framework agreement. Consequently, the economic operator to whom the framework agreement was awarded for certain individual contracts/orders based on that framework agreementst, are requested to complete the initial quotation.
The entrepreneur is expected to supply separately for each lot:
1.Both the standard/classic purchase materials (without barcode)
2.If the purchase materials with a unique barcode can be supplied .
The client strives together with allparticipating hospitals in the purchasing center in the long run to a pre-barcoded system that is as uniform as possible, in which a unique barcode can be guaranteed each time. After all, working with pre-barcoded collection materials significantly reduces the workload within hospitals.
