- The primary school for B.O. purchased an adjacent building and wishes to convert it into additional classrooms and office space. The building consists of 2 parts: a former home (later a nursery) and an accompanying outbuilding (former wine shop). Current tender includes the renovation works and small extension to the outbuilding (HVAC-S and electricity only). The renovation work on the former house will be put out to tender at a later stage. Summary of works: Demolition of existing techniques - Completely renew electrical installation including lighting and fire alarm - Installation of camera system and digital blackboards - Installation of fire fighting equipment and pictograms - Installation of a ventilation system D with heat recovery - Installing a PV installation - Completely renewing sanitary installation - Installing air/water heat pump + underfloor heating - Installing fire fighting equipment and pictograms - Installing a ventilation system D with heat recovery. The works of the current tender, the sanitary/heating/ventilation lot and the electricity lot run together with the shell construction and completion lot.
