- The contract will provide expertise and support on knowledge and youth engagement to EC HQ services and EU Delegations in the area of youth in external action (youth participation and empowerment, youth specific issues in sectoral policies, youth mainstreaming). The Hub will also support sector specific policy and actions in this area and will provide support on: the implementation of the Youth Action Plan in EU External Action; integrating youth engagement in the implementation of Global Gateway; support the management of the EU YSB for International Partnerships and YSBs at EUD level; increasing opportunity for inclusive participation of young people in initiatives supported by EUD, etc.
