Introduction: We are building a large campus where lifelong learning from toddlers to adults offers all institutions more options in the field of
Secondary education GO! middle school and GO! atheneum De Makz and GO! primary school
The MiniMakz move from Verweeplein in Knokke to the Heist campus site. The GO! De Zeeparel primary school is also moving from Kursaalstraat in Heist to
the campus on Heistlaan in Heist. The facility currently located on Verweeplein and Albertlaan will also move to the Heistlaan. This one
facility is partly an education and partly a welfare facility.
The site: The campus site is located along Heistlaan, a regional road that connects from the highway to the coastal road. The site is easily accessible by car and by
public transport due to the proximity of the train-bus station Heist and the tram-bus station Heist Dijk. The site is located between different neighborhoods such as the
north side (Heist center) and on the south side (Oostwinkel / Heulebrug). There are several significant green areas in the immediate vicinity of the campus
multifunctional sites.
