The market is part of the implementation of a telephone cascade system allowing a person to manage the telephone numbers herself which, in the event of an incident or a problem, can be attached in priority order. The identification of the manager (person who registers and managing numbers) and the person concerned (which is involved in a problem or an incident) is done by the national register number. A telephone cascade Of this type is used for the "Allo Parents" service. The "Allo Parents" service has been active since 2009 and aims to associate a telephone cascade (list of telephone numbers) with a Kids-ID card. Thus, a parent can activate the service at the reception of a kids-ID and communicate a specific "parent contact" code as well as a list of telephone numbers to be called in the event of a problem (eg Danger) with the child.
