Description:
The present assignment concerns the continuation of the mandatory first aid training for obtaining a driver's license in the Brussels-Capital Region.
The intended training consists of two parts, one theoretical and the other practical.
The theoretical training must the candidates the possibility Bidding to learn the theory of first aid with regard to traffic accidents. This first part must be able to be followed remotely via a computer platform, made and set up in the context of this assignment. In addition, suitable buildings must also be made available to the Candidates by the service provider, equipped with computers allowing to follow this training. The content of the theoretical training is also determined by the tenderers on the basis of the minimum requirements laid down in the technical provisions of the assignment documents.
The practical Training consists of half online course and the other half in "person" (physical), according to modalities that must be determined by the service provider in accordance with the technical provisions set out below.
At the end of theoretical and practical training the service provider provides the issue of a document that confirms that a candidate has attended this training, as well as in the registration in the central hub (DB exam results).
