The essential aim of this market is therefore the self-consumption of the energy produced by power plants, without limiting injection into the network. The objective is therefore twofold: to produce electricity at the lowest cost and to aim for energy neutrality. This public contract is a works contract, including the study (design, sizing, etc.), construction, supply, installation, connection to the network, commissioning, maintenance and monitoring of photovoltaic power plant installations during the warranty period, all procedures with external organizations, from the production elements (panels) to the connection location, decoupling relay included, for a period of 10 years after final acceptance.
