- As part of their activities, in particular the creation of economic activity parks, the purchase and sale of land or buildings, the operation of waste management and wastewater treatment facilities, the Intercommunales are faced with the problem of management ande the remediation of the soil, in particular with regard to their possible state of pollution. Therefore, they want to add the expertise of a service provider. This service provider referred to as the "soil expert" will be responsible for assisting the Intercommunales in takinginvestment and site development decisions. He will be the only interlocutor of the contracting authority throughout the duration of the contract, except in cases of force majeure.
