- The existing roof is in need of renovation given the very poor condition the roof is currently in. The existing roof is also an asbestos roof, so we must also remove this in accordance with applicable legislation. Additional insulation will also be installed to respond to heat losses throughthe roof today, and to make the building slightly more energy efficient.
