This assignment has the issue and management of papers and electronic district work checks. This includes: • The management of the individual orders of the neighborhood work vouchers; • Printing paper district work vouchers and providing electronic district work vouchers; • supplying the district work checks to users; • The receipt, management and storage of data related to the district work vouchers used by the organizers of neighborhood work at the issue company; • the reimbursement or exchange of unused, but still valid neighborhood work vouchers; • follow-up of the correct delivery of ordered neighborhood work vouchers; • the preparation of the tax certificates for users, in accordance with the Directives of the Federal Public Service Finance and Article 42, second paragraph, of the Decree of the Flemish Government on Wijk-Working; • it deliver monthly to VDAB of data concerning the system of the neighborhood work vouchers; • providing the monthly of the accounting information m taken by the VDAB Ethe eye to a perma ...
