In accordance with article 2, 21 of the law 2016, this market is a public service market aimed at the appointment of a project management team, project author with complete mission, including stability, special techniques (heating, ventilation, electricity, lighting, Fire safety and intrusion), the PEB, and the safety-health coordination as part of a renovation and extension project on a roof extension and the energy renovation of the building (complete mission of studies and monitoring of work). This mission includes the realization Of all the documents necessary for the introduction of the request for agreement of principle and firm agreement of the FWB on the project, as well as the realization of all the documents necessary for the introduction of a request for an urban planning permit to the public authorities.
