- Living its own rhythm, but connected to all-kanal, the restaurant overlooks the majestic space of the showroom and offers a not common view of the future new Sainctelette square. He participates more intimate, more felted, in resonance with the monitoring of the gleaming mechanics of yesteryear, to the taste and detailed discovery of the plate. Relonnerie and carpentry work for the Kanal restaurant succinct description of the project: - a restaurant room like a production kitchen - three large tables, symbols of living together (storage, storage, storage Changing rooms, wine cellar) - Techniques assumed with an open kitchen to the public - a view of Brussels and the showroom - particular and comfortable furniture - atmospheric and flexible lighting The Kanal project: the Brussels -Capital Region wishes to equip Brussels, capital European, a cultural pole of international level bringing together a museum of modern and contemporary art as well as a center of architecture.
