Description:
The project includes the complete replacement of the HVAC installation for the minus one building. In the building are view 3 entities and 1 agency for the general manager minus one. The following are present: • Klauwaard (Scouts) • Kadanz • Ozbürun • Minus One (Bureau above classrooms Ozbürn) • Polyvalent room (common) Each entity has its own low-voltage sign with an HVAC-sign hop-hop-hop-put-off. The HVAC board will be completely renewed, from here each entity will feed its "own" techni installation with its own kWh measurement for invoicing. Due to the lack of an AS-Built file, there is only a limited possibility of recovering technical pipes. Next concept is applied for Klauwaard, Kadanz, Ozbürun and office minus One: • VRV installation with heat recovery for all classrooms in the basement ( excluding polyval-te room) o These are always placed on the flat roof of the entity in question. • Own air group with heat wheel and electric post-heating battery (excluding polyva-lente room) o These are always placed against the ceiling in the staircase with suction and bladder Each time in 2 different facades. • Split unit ...
