Complement of inventory of primary technical equipment of all Cocof buildings
The French Community Commission (COCOF) introduced into its strategic plan rationalization and optimization of the management of its assets. This can only be done if a maintenance and renovation plan is reflected, expressed and organized for all the buildings of which the Cocof is the long -term owner or tenant. The realization of this maintenance and renovation plan is registered , therefore, over time and will experience several main stages: 1. Define needs and propose structural, material solutions adapted to the culture of the institution; 2. Analyze the resource documents and the inventories available and transmitted; 3. Complete the technical inventory with regard to the annexes proposed; 4. Implement a tool for managing the maintenance and renovation of Cocof buildings and ensuring training and monitoring.
