- The market consists of the provision of annual maintenance services for intrusion alarm installations in 49 recyparcs (hereinafter RPAC), the 3 BioCentres, Sofie, the country of Liege, the material, the head office, as well as in the transfer station, (the complete contact details of each site are included in appendix 2 of this special specifications), for a period of 4 years. This market also includes repair services and replacement supplies for installations which are not covered by the warranty (default warranty for one year, unless The service provider offers a longer duration), for a period of 4 years. The part relating to fire detection in this special specifications concerns only the following sites: recyparcs, the transfer station, as well as the Lixhe and Soumagne biochents. On these different Sites The fire detection system is coupled with intrusion. On the other hand, the other sites, namely the head office, the Grace-Hollogne resource center (including biocentre, sofie and resourcery), as well as material, are already the subject of a maintenance and maintenance contract for their fire protection system. They are therefore not affected by the maintenance of fire detection within the framework of this market.
