1- RENEVATIONS OF 36 Housing Rue de l'Elan 70, 72, 74, 76, 78, and DRIES 36 The complete interior renovation with compliance of all techniques: electricity, heating, ventilation. The project provides more specifically: 1. Creation of an bathroom with bath/ accommodation 2. Creation of a separate kitchen /housing 3. C + ventilation (static input - mechanical extraction) 4. Repair of electrical installations 5. Improvement of thermal insulation: insulation of front facades from the interior and floors of the ground floor (front, top of the cellars) 6. Improvement of comfort Acoustics 7. New collective heat pumps (CAP) by building 8. Moving electricity meters (specific technical rooms) and suppression of gas. 2- Renovation and arrangements of the Dries district house, rue de l'Elan 68 The complete interior renovation of the whole building With compliance of all techniques: electricity, heating, ventilation.
