• This assignment includes painting, supplemented with all preparatory, protective and restorative work necessary to achieve a high-quality and sustainable end result. The aim of the works is to restore the designated spaces within the to restore the client's infrastructure to a neat, safe, functional and fully finished condition. The assignment includes: - preparing the surfaces, including cleaning, degreasing, sanding, touching up minor damage and careful covering or protection of furniture and surrounding elements; - painting walls, ceilings, interior joinery and other designated surfaces, using the products and systems prescribed in the technical provisions of these specifications; - carrying out plastering, repair or filling work if necessary to obtain a completely ready-to-paint surface; - compliance with all safety and health regulations, with special attention to continuity of operation in buildings that remain in use during implementation. The scope of the assignment concerns the execution of painting works in 79 studios and the general parts of four residential blocks.
