This market is a service market, relating to various insurance policies. It is therefore subdivided into lots as follows: lot 1: insurance RC exploitation, after delivery and professional this lot covers contractual and extra -contractual civil liability that could be incurred at ETNIC (in Belgium or abroad) in any reason whatsoever, under any legal or regulatory provisions, as a result of damage of any kind (bodily, material or intangible) caused to third parties and coming directly or indirectly due to its activities, its staff, its installations and its movable and immovable property. Lot 2: Accident at work accident assurance This lot covers accidents at work as well as accidents that have occurred on the work path of which the members of ETNIC staff would be victims. It does not cover diseases professional. On the other hand, it covers sports, cultural and recreational activities organized or authorized by ETNIC, as well as the staff in telework.
