- The assignment includes the provision of insurance services for the Izegem City Council, the OCMW Izegem, the Healthcare Izegem, the residential service in the Izegem region and the church factories of Izegem as described in the technical provisions of these specifications and inventory. Pursuant to Article 48 of the Act of June 17, 2016, the City of Izegem acts as the contracting authority for these authorities. The contract is divided into lots. The premiums must be settled annually per authority. The effective date of the policies must be January 1. The damage statistics for the participating authorities can berequested from the leading official of the City, Mr. Bart Supply, via patrimonium@izegem.be and are included in the assignment documents. Questions regarding the inventories included in the specifications are addressed to the leading official.
