- In order to comply with stricter nitrogen (NOx) standards in Flanders, IVAGO is looking for a supplier who will link the 3 modules of the new oxidative scrubbing step to the current flue gas scrubbing (RGW) of the waste-to-energy plant (AEC). installation, located experimental garden street 43, 9000 Ghent. The oxidative scrubbing step MUST be operational no later than the week of June 15, 2026 and aims to reduce NOx emissions from the RGW of the AEC from current values to a annual average of 50 mg/m3. The “performance test” of the entire installation must be prepared during the last week of the “shutdown”, so that it is fully operational by July 7 at the latest. The 3 modules are used together for this purpose to be connected. - The detailed design (execution design) of the required piping and associated suspension, to be linked to IVAGO's existing steel structures, is included. The basic design (P&ID, routing) will be supplied are carried out by IVAGO cq. the supplier of the 3 modules. - Oxygen pipe: pipework DN40, PN25, long radius, “budwelded”, in 316L according to EIGA DOC13/20 standard of approx. 95 lm (2 BL with flange) to connect the gaseous pure oxygen from the evaporators to the OZONE generator. - Ozone pipe: double pipework DN50, PN16, long radius, “budwelded” in 316L according to EIGA DOC13/20 standard approx. 35 + 40 lm to inject the gaseous ozone from the OZON generator into each of the 2 flues...
