- The purpose of this concession is to ensure: The installation of charging stations, their connection to the electrical distribution network and their commissioning; The exploitation of charges, their management, their monitoring and the maintenance of said installations on the entire duration of the concession. The present specifications describes the services expected from the future concessionaire, as well as the elements to provide by the tenderer at the stadium of his offer. The large Charleroi hospital now brings together 6 hospital sites, 4 consultation centers and various aid services. In all, this represents more than 4,500 people, all specialties and trades combined. However, in recent years, the GHDC has initiated a major turning point for its future: a new hospital is under construction and will bring together, from 2024, the majority of its activities. The GHDC pays particular attention to the energy transition of flows of Mobility and wishes to offer an ease of recharging electric vehicles to its patients, visitors, and its staff.
