- Description:
- The Client is a commissioned association (IVAGO) that processes household and similar industrial waste in the most sustainable way possible for the residents of the affiliated cities, municipalities and shareholders. In her waste-to-energy plant (AEC) installation, the Client has two identical oven lines, each with a throughput of approximately 5.5 tons/h. These 2 oven lines consist of the following main components: •Bunker (1) for receiving the waste to be processed; •Oven (2) for the incineration of household waste; •Steam boiler (5) for energy recovery with turbine (6) via steam to electricity, heat; • flue gas scrubbing (RGW) with the following steps: SNCR (4), lime milk reactor (7), sleeve filter (9), wet washing column (10); •suck pull fan (11) • chimney (13) with emission measuring cabin. In order to comply with the stricter nitrogen (NOx) standards in Flanders, IVAGO will include an extra washing step, an oxidative washing by means of the injection of ozone (14), in the current flue gas scrubbing (RGW). With this extra step, IVAGO should be able to reduce the current annual average to an annual average emission limit value of 50 mg/Nm³ NOx. For this purpose, the Client is looking for a provider for the installation and connection of additional equipment in-situ process measuring equipment, to ensure stable control of the injected OZONE (oxidation scrubbing) through a fast & correct in-situ measurement of NO (plus calculated value of NO2) and SO2...
