The innovation partnership therefore includes 2 plots: Lot 1: Research, development and support with the aim of developing a specific module on / in addition to a widespread COTS (commercial off-shelf) package with open data and service-based architecture;
Lot 2: Research, development and support with the aim of developing new technologies around the fine platform that can communicate with each other through open-source technology.
