- This assignment includes carrying out initial maintenance and minor repairs of the roofs on Campus Gasthuisberg, Campus Pellenberg and Campus Sint-Rafaël. The works include: - Inspection and condition measurement of all existing flat roofs. - Check, supplementing and updating the available plans. The contractor must inventory and add missing elements (e.g. technical installation). - Confirm the functional waterproofing, safety and accessibility of the roofs. - Detecting defects and carrying out minor repairs. - Drawing up a plan for follow-up actions and a proposal for an annual maintenance program.
