Exemptions, clarifications and comments
In application of article 9, §4 de the Royal Decree of 14 January 2013 establishing the general rules for the execution of public contracts (hereinafter "the RGE"), the tenderer's attention is drawn to the fact that these special specifications derogate due to the specificities of the market to the following provisions:
-The prestation of services being planned on an annual basis, the amount of the guarantee (article 25, §2 RGE) is fixed at 5% of the amount of the contract for the execution during one year.
